You accept these Terms and Conditions by accessing or utilizing Aggarwal Cargo Packers and Movers' services. Please do not use our services if you disagree with any aspect of these terms.
Aggarwal Cargo Packers Movers offers transportation, warehousing, distribution, and associated solutions as well as logistics and supply chain management services. Aggarwal Cargo Packers Movers and the client shall settle on the details of the services in a separate contract.
It is the client's responsibility to give correct and comprehensive information about their shipment, including the weight, size, packing, and nature of the items, among other things. In addition, the client bears the responsibility of guaranteeing adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
The client and Aggarwal Cargo Packers Movers will agree on a pricing for the services, which will be included in the quotation or contract. The agreement will also contain the terms and conditions for payment. Should there be any differences, the conditions specified in the contract will take precedence.
Aggarwal Cargo Packers Movers takes all necessary precautions to guarantee the secure handling and conveyance of cargo. However, unless it is demonstrated to be the result of our fault, we disclaim all duty for any loss, damage, or delay. The onus is on the client to obtain sufficient insurance coverage for their goods against any potential risks encountered during transit.
Any proprietary or sensitive information given during the engagement will be kept secret by Aggarwal Cargo Packers Movers and the customer. This include, but is not restricted to, pricing information, trade secrets, and company plans.
If events beyond our reasonable control—such as acts of God, natural catastrophes, war, or government regulations—cause a delay, failure, or interruption in the provision of services, Aggarwal Cargo Packers Movers shall not be liable.
By giving the other party written notice, either party may end the arrangement. The parties shall remain liable for all commitments they committed prior to the termination date notwithstanding any termination.
The laws of the jurisdiction in which Aggarwal Cargo Packers Movers is located shall govern and be interpreted with reference to these Terms and Conditions. The courts in that country shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these agreements.
